Zen Diamond is looking for fine jewelry sales consultants to join our teams in our Paramus, NJ location. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals. Understanding customers’ needs and helping customers make decisions about desired product or service.Building exceptional client relationship.
Maintaining knowledge of products and using this knowledge to assist and educate customers on products and options available.
Providing customer assistance and deliver a positive customer shopping experience.
Meet sales goals. Succeed outstanding customer experience. Be responsible, passionate and dynamic while having a positive attitude. Believe in teamwork!
Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization. Ensure the whole store is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times. Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction and guidelines
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner
Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal
Participates in inventory processes, regular inventory controls, daily cycle counts, inventory scanning
Following company safety, security and prevention rules and guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years retail experience, jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work general mall hours.
